Dean was professional, quick to respond to requests and provide information. He also did his due diligence in ensuring that I, as a first time home buyer, wasn't walking into a situation I was potentially unprepared for by asking questions and outlining potential hazards at each step of the process.

Purchasing a home from 3500 km away can be a challenge. However having the right realtor can sure make a difference! Having Dean made process so much easier, he made several trips to Edson for us including being present for the home inspection and final inspection. In all the real estate transactions we have been involved with never had an agent be so thorough and had our best interests in mind. So if you plan on buying or selling a property I would highly recommend Dean ! He deserves a six star rating! If we ever purchase another home he will be our first call.
