Dave was a perfect choice for my first time home buying experience. He did an outstanding job with showing me dozens of homes throughout the spruce grove area in the past year. He was very patient with me, gave me great options to choose from, many which were not available online. After a long time he was able to find the perfect home for me and was able to help me get an amazing deal on it. I cannot thank him enough and I will be recommending him to anyone of my friends and family who are looking to buy or sell a home!
