Dave Ryan was great to work with. We both really liked him and felt totally comfortable in dealing with him. He suggested things we hadn't thought of, always explained his ideas ,and listened and to our point of view. We never felt rushed nor ignored. He kept us in the loop and was prompt in all his appointments. He is a man of his word. His partner/father stood in a few times and was also very pleasant to work with. Both were very courteous, upbeat and ready with the smiles. We felt much at ease and are very satisfied with our choice of who we selected to sell our home.

We cannot imagine that an agent could do a better job than Dave Ryan did for us. He demonstrated many strengths - both tangible and intangible - throughout our dealings with him. I highlight the biggest ones below. First, Dave is an outstanding communicator. He is prompt in conveying requests (such as for showings) and news (such as an offer), and he is prompt in responding to questions and concerns. He is also versatile; we effectively communicated by phone, email and text message. He threw in a couple of well-placed short video greetings too. He also had a great feel for when to follow up with prospective buyers' agents. That generated results for us. Second, Dave has a perfect demeanor as a realtor. He does something that few people do very well: he listens to what you, as his client, say, and he approaches things based on what you want, not what he thinks you should want (though he gives all of the solicited advice you want). He is composed and quietly confident, and he doesn't leave any doubt that he knows exactly what he's doing. And he does. When we instructed Dave on something, we had no jitters about his ability to convey it to third parties, such as other realtors. Third, Dave is entirely competent at what he's doing. It starts with his keen understanding of the market. It continues with his catering his services to what you want to accomplish. And it ends with his ability to negotiate offers made by prospective buyers. That includes giving sound, well-thought out advice along the way. He's been through highs and lows in markets, and he's experienced a full spectrum of victories and setbacks on deals, which puts him in a good position to react on his clients' behalf. Fourth, Dave is experienced in many ways outside of his considerable experience as a realtor. Simply put, he understands how houses are built and how they work, so he's able to give helpful tips. He's also very resourceful, which was helpful to us when he himself could not be. Lastly, Dave understands his role as your realtor: to sell your home for maximum value. He executes his role with with integrity and care. Without hesitation, we recommend Dave Ryan for anyone looking for a realtor.
