Dave was extremely helpful with our search for our new home. We are moving to the Grande Prairie area from the Lower mainland in BC and had one weekend to search for a house. He was kind enough to drive all over the surrounding area of Grande Prairie showing us acreage properties. We found one the last day of our trip and Dave helped with the details from negotiations to setting up utilities, and school contacts to help get us settled. We where so happy to have Dave help us and would recommend him to anyone.

Dave was phenomenal as our realtor. He was knowledgeable and always easy to contact. He replied promptly to all of our questions. He made the process of buying our house easy and smooth! I highly recommend Dave!

Full disclosure - My wife and I have known Dave for a long time, and I had the pleasure of working with him years ago. That being said, we are both extremely happy with all the work Dave put into helping us find our house. Early in the process, we weren't entirely sure what we were looking for, and my wife and I were not always on the same page. Dave was patient, and helped us realize what we really wanted, providing us with new listings chosen with us in mind. We are also relatively inexperienced, and Dave answered all of our questions and concerns immediately. If he didn't know the answer (rarely), he would get back to us with the answer, usually later that day. We always felt like we were a priority for him - communication was always immediate and clear. There was never any pressure. We felt like Dave wanted us to find the right house, no matter how long it ended up taking. He understands how significant buying a house is for any family. Dave also listens. I had asked a question before looking at the house we eventually purchased, and after our offer was accepted, he made sure that this question was dealt with. I was satisfied at the time, but once the house was ours, Dave made sure there was no doubt about the issue, without it being mentioned. The most stressful aspect was putting in the offer, and Dave was a calming influence whose experience helped my wife and I come to a number that we felt put us in a good position without overpaying. Dave also helped us get some conditions included that we wouldn't have thought of asking for. Dave is incredibly organized - we were confident that all details were being taken care of in a timely way. Another testament to Dave is how his peers view him (I don't think I told him this story). My wife and I went to an open house, and the realtor asked us if we were with anyone. When we mentioned Dave, his admiration and respect were immediate and sincere. We recommend Dave to anyone looking to buy a home. And if we decide to sell our current house, Dave will be our first call.

Dave was great! First time for us buying a home, he answered any and all questions we came up with. He knew what we were looking for, and we all looked at roughly 20 houses and he always said when we could get better. 10/10 would recommend!

We tasked Dave with a talk task in selling our home quickly. Dave priced our house right and while there was some hiccups, Dave guided us in the best way possible to successfully sell our house and close the sale within our time frame. We thank Dave so much and would recommend him to anyone.
