Corey recently sold our aunt's house for us after she passed a couple years ago. Though the process was a bit stressful (through no fault of Corey's), he was helpful throughout the whole process, always keeping us updated with changes and giving us tips on the best ways to empty the house. We will absolutely use him again when we're ready to sell our own house, hopefully in a couple of years. Thanks Corey!!

We cannot recommend Corey highly enough! We have known him for many years and he helped us purchase the house we are currently in, by negotiating a price we did not think we could get. Now several years later we decided to downsize and listed our home for sale with Corey. He gave us great advice, hired a professional photographer to take pictures for the listing and recommended a reasonable price for the current market. He helped us to decide on the perfect timing to list our home. The house sold the same day that we listed it, with multiple offers. We were so appreciative of how Corey walked through the whole process with us, protecting our interests and helping us to get the best price. Rest assured that Corey will look after all of your real estate needs with care and consideration!

We were selling a rental house in Sherwood Park. We live in Calgary. We interviewed 4 realtors before we chose Corey! He didn’t disappoint. He used to do Reno’s and gave us great advice as to how much money and effort we should be putting into the house before we sold it for the price we wanted. He was the only realtor to believe in getting the price we wanted! It was a roller coaster as we went through multiple buyers. The first buyer had a realtor who miscalculated the amount they qualified for and after multiple weeks we found out they couldn’t afford it. It was disappointing to us but Corey got back doing open houses right away. We then had a buyer who offered $35,000 over asking but through multiple attempts to secure a down payment and funding the offer fell through. Through it all Corey never showed disappointment he again when back and showed our house to multiple buyers. In the meantime our grass was dry and long. He watered our grass and got his son to mow it for us so it presented better for the showings. He kept us informed during the entire process and went over and above. We were happy to sell and get the number we wanted. We would highly recommend Corey as a realtor!

I was selling 2 rental properties in Edmonton and do not live in the city. Corey made the process so easy for me. He helped arrange for trades to come in and clean, went above & beyond getting my units sale ready and was able to get the first one sold in under 30 days. My second one just got listed and I am getting lots of interest in it, so I am hopeful for a repeat. He is the best realtor I have ever worked with!
