Cody helped us find tenants for our rental unit. Given today's economy, it took a little longer to rent, but he stayed on top of everything and consistently reassured us that we would find the right tenant. He was very thorough in checking applicant credentials, which gave us great peace of mind. It has been four months now, and everything is going very well.

Cody took care of me through the whole process, was able to answer texts and calls at any hour and was always knowledgeable about next steps. His connections with other people throughout the process was a huge plus, Cody’s built an incredible team of individuals to make purchasing a home easy as possible. Cody was able to work around my schedule to accommodate showings and discussions around them with true honesty, informing me if a property was in good condition, fair price, and any other things that he noticed. He also kept me in the loop with important deadlines which was very helpful due to my busy schedule.
