Christine helped my fiancée and I with the purchase of our new condo. As first time homebuyers, Christine was able to provide much needed insight and expertise that kept us well informed. I am very pleased to recommend Christine to all of my friends if they need to sell or buy a home. I put the house onto MLS listing early spring this year, but since the unit was still occupied by a tenant, the showing appointments were re-scheduled or even cancelled by the tenant. So we didn't get a lot showings. Therefore, I took advice from Christine and put it back to market until the tenant has moved out of the unit. We sold the unit within 10 days and accepted a firm offer. Christine's knowledge of the market and her strong negotiation skills played an important role Eventually we sold the unit at a very satisfactory price.
