We were moving to Edmonton from Saskatchewan and didn't know the neighbourhoods. We contacted Che via his web site and he responded immediately. Che was very generous with his time and knowledge and made sure he introduced us to several neighbourhoods and homes. Che understood what our needs were, concerns we had and our timelines. Every issue was dealt with professionally. Che had a depth of insight into the real estate market that was invaluable to us. His advice helped us make our decision. Once our home was purchased, Che continued to walk us through the out of province process on utilities and transferring services. We appreciated Che's promptness in responding to us whether by phone call, email or text. We felt cared for and that he had our interests at heart. While this was a sale for Che, there was no pressure from him and he clearly displayed his enjoyment of his profession. We recommend Che to anyone buying or selling their home.

Che is very patient, professional and prompt. He makes it very easy to find, view and close on a property. Che has an electronic listing search making it easy to see details on the properties. Che is also willing to view any property you find and was able to fit in tight timelines and off hour appointments to suit busy schedules.

I was looking at a number of properties seeking one that would make sense to spend the time, effort and money to renovate and re-sell. Che was outstandingly helpful and professional in assisting me with these requirements. He had the information readily available for comparable properties in each of the areas of Edmonton, which permitted me the luxury of selecting the most promising of the properties to negotiate a purchase. Che also has kept me informed at each step along the way during the negotiations, and readily given me expected timelines and background knowledge of the process of purchasing. I have purchased 3 homes for my residence over the years. This is the first time I recall being so knowledgeable about the process.
