He was punctual and always ready with information about properties we looked at. My Garsh this man is a slave!!! He works and works and POW!!!!! he is on the phone telling me he battled with 9 realtors and now has ZERO CONDITIONS, IMMEDIATE POSSESSION and 100% MY ASKING PRICE and then he gently asks me if I want him to try to get over asking price. I am so shocked by this Realtor people! He answers his phone every time in 1 ring, 24/7. OMG, I HAVE BIG RESPECT for this industry. They earn every penny. When does he sleep?
