We recently worked with Che Taylor to buy our first home and we are glad we did! We had a short timeline to find a house and Che worked hard to ensure that we found one that met all of our needs before our deadline. Within a couple hours of emailing him, we got a link to a site to see all of the available properties and made plans to meet up in a few days. We spent a week with him looking at all of the houses that were in our price range and he worked hard making sure that we were able to see all of the ones that we wanted even with short notice. Several times we found a place we wanted to see, sent it to Che and he had a viewing set up within a couple hours. We were looking at homes in two cities and he managed to get the viewing for one city done before we went to the next one so we weren't driving back and forth for every other viewing which we appreciated. He was very knowledgeable which was great since it is our first home and we had lots of questions. He kept in touch consistently throughout the week with updates and information as well as after the offer was accepted. He called us to see how we were getting along with the process and if we had any issues or questions. We would work with him again and will recommend him to our friends!

Had a positive experience with Che. He is fast in his communications and everything being asked for. He has a nice and humble attitude, and always reply quickly when contacted. He has vast experience and provides valuable information and red flags about the houses during viewing. I highly recommend Che and would use his services again when needed.

What an exceptional agent. Not only is Che professional, he's knowledgeable, friendly , and on the ball with what we were looking for. Between phone calls , texts , and emails , he was available anytime for us. Our place sold quickly as we had an offer in the first 6 hours of its listing . We used Che for our purchase as well. Che's listing of our unit had beautiful pictures and a write up that made me almost second guess selling (at one point, haha). His calm and no-pressure approach was so appreciated. He handled absolutely everything, was so professional, called with updates every week, and made us feel like whether the unit sold or not, we had definietly tried our best. Condo units were listed in our building several times but I think it had been years since the last sale? Our unit ended up selling for more than we were expecting. THANK YOU, Che!
