You won't find a better realtor than Julien Prevost! We worked with Julien for an entire year to find our perfect oceanfront house. During this time Julien proved to be professional, personal, patient, and highly knowledgeable. Julien's communication is consistent, timely, and prompt. His knowledge of the real estate world, as well as banking and mortgages, was an absolute asset for us in securing the home, as was his vast network of contacts in the field. Julien proved to be reputable, and his solid relationships in the real estate world and local area were a necessary asset. Julien prioritized our deal, working evenings and weekends, to ensure we overcame the challenges we faced and were able to purchase the home. We can absolutely say that without Julien we would not have found our dream home, or been able to finalize the purchase. Julien's teammate, Ashley Metcalf, was also extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and communicative. If you are looking for a realtor, Julien will only impress!! We cannot say enough positive comments.
