Channing is an amazing agent! I was tasked with selling an estate property, while being located in a different province. While I was anxious about this at first, working with with Channing made it so much easier than I thought it would be. He was super friendly, detail oriented and really took the time to make sure I understood the process every step of the way. Communication was top notch and I felt very confident that my interests were well represented as a seller. I can't say enough good things about working with Channing, he's the best!

Channing sold my brother in law's place. We never had to worry about a thing, I wasn't from Halifax so when we needed a cleaner or contractor, Channing had a name and number plus he gave them a heads up! Made our lives so much easier!! We can't say enough about him, nor can we show our appreciation enough! We ended up shortening our listing, had a bidding war! 7 different bids. Thanks so much Channing!!

From the moment I called Channing to request his services finding a commercial property, he was excited for me and appreciated of the opportunity to work with me. His patience as we looked at multiple properties was much appreciated and often it felt as though he was as invested in finding the right opportunity as I was. He was knowledgeable with structural information, valuation, estimated costs for repairs and what questions he needed to ask the sellers in order to have all the information we required. From start to finish on this deal, Channing kept very clear and timely communication, even going as far as to travel while I was unavailable, to facilitate a video conference during a walk through and participate in the appraisal meeting. Channing taught me a lot about the process, shared all information, gave his opinion on how we needed to proceed and was well organized. He communicated on my behalf with my lawyer, my bank, and other parties which enabled me to decrease some of the stress of this undertaking; I completely trusted his competence on timelines and accuracy throughout this roller coaster ride. The first offer was made February 2024 and we will close May 31, 2024. Throughout these months, I heard from Channing frequently regarding the appraisal, financing, environmental, legal and all other areas of concern, he was on top of everything. May 10 all conditions were satisfied and I feel that this has been as smooth a process as possible working with Channing. As a Mortgage Broker I will refer my business to him with complete trust. This young man is overall a good person who works with incredible integrity, he has a bright future and I would recommend him to anyone.
