In 2020, my husband and I were selling each of our properties and purchasing one together. Upon meeting Celina I was incredibly impressed with her deep knowledge of the market, her professionalism and willingness to answer any and every question we had, and her great sense of humor. She went out of her way (literally - well outside HRM) to find us the perfect home to start our family, and was instrumental in negotiating a lower price, even during the pandemic in a sellers market. This was all pre-Roost, so we can only imagine that her services have gotten even better with a team beside her!
