Brianna is so amazing. She did research to help determine the best price for my condo. So well done that I had multiple offers! Brianna is always quick to respond to texts, phone calls, and emails. She kept in touch frequently both when entering negotiations for the sale of my condo and the purchase of my new home. Brianna makes it happen! I am so impressed with her friendly and professional demeanor, her communication skills and her negotiating skills. I bought the home of my dreams and financial means because of Brianna. Brianna was very professional and helpful, when we were looking to buy a condo for out daughter who will be attending school in Edmonton. We live out of province and she was able to be there during the home inspection. She also went out of her way to check on a possible leak under the kitchen cabinet. She provided information regarding the neighborhoods. I would definitely recommend her to others and use her realtor services again.
