Cannot recommend enough! We got super lucky to be represented by the dream team of Brandi Little and Kari Pennington. They were both incredibly professional, kind, funny and went above and beyond. We really felt like they rooted for us as buyers every step along the way and made the whole process smooth and easeful (despite a tricky negotiation situation with a lot of hiccups that were beyond their control). It was a joy working with them!

Brandi was fantastic to deal with. We were initially ready to commit to a property we'd been looking at immediately but she found similar properties for us to view to ensure we were comfortable with our decision instead of going for the quick sale. She was friendly, punctual, very very responsive, empathetic to our concerns and did not rush us despite a rather insane closing timeline. She also helped navigate a deal we were very happy with, and was overall just a pleasant human we enjoyed spending some time with. We'll be using Brandi again when the time comes and she has our recommendation!

Brandi was great as a seller of my home in Summerland. We lived out of town and needed a few updates and repairs and yard work on the home and Brandi was always willing to schedule and even make appointments with contractors.
