Brad is a seasoned professional who is deeply dedicated and skilled at his job. He is honest, ethical, hard working, and communicative. He is always willing to talk over any concerns and share his thoughts and knowledge when asked. We have used him as an agent before and we are confident in saying we would gladly use him again. I met Brad many years ago, through his involvement in the Willoughby, Langley community. As much as we have loved living in Langley, we are city people and have known for many years that we wanted to move to a community closer to Vancouver. We were just waiting for the right time. Brad jumped into action, providing us with the expertise we needed to make informed decisions, and he sold our property with multiple offers in less than a week. With his expertise and calm demeanour, Brad made the tight timeline and hectic situation much less stressful. He cares about people and communities, he is hard working, and he has always impressed me with his integrity and honesty, so knowing we could trust him to act in our best interest was very reassuring.
