Bob has lived in Whistler most of his life and knows the area extremely well. He was especially helpful with the sale or our house. Bob's understanding of the market factors and who potential buyers would be, meant that it was priced right for a quick sale at market price. He also helped us buy a new place and his knowledge of the various buildings, their history, and potential for rental and personal use was invaluable. Bob works to ensure that you understand all the factors involved in your potential purchase and he is very straight forward and transparent.
