When I wanted to purchase a home I searched for the best rated realtors in Calgary and Ben Sweet's name was the first one to come up. I contacted him and within hours he responded and assigned one of his associates to me. Jamie set up a call with me to talk about what we were looking for and sent over many properties right away. Given that we did not live in Calgary, we did multiple virtual showings and Jamie would give us his honest opinion each time. There was never any pressure to purchase. The service provided by Ben and his team truly goes above and beyond. An example of this was while Jamie was out of the country he would still be sorting out details until 4 in the morning his time. From start to finish, It was a true pleasure working with them and you can not go wrong with choosing them. I will continue to use them for future purchases and recommend them to anyone looking to buy in Calgary.

Ben & Jamie were absolutely fantastic. My partner and I are first time home buyers. We didn't know where to start. Then we came across Ben and his team. They scheduled a "get to know" meeting and broadcasted a few homes to get a taste of what we're looking for. The viewings were convenient and so was the process. For other things, such as lawyers, brokers, and document reviewers, Jamie also recommended some of the best in the team to take care of that for us. He also told us what to look out for, like the date of the homes, the neighbors, anything that might need to be replaced, etc. And what's amazing is the team was just as happy as we were to find our new home. The house we got needed board approval for 2 cats, more information on an appliance, processes for any renovations, and a few hoops to jump in working with lenders and the seller. It only took us 4 weeks to find the place we wanted. Ben Sweet and Jamie are my top recommendation to any first home buyers and even those looking to buy/sell again.

Throughout the process, Ben Sweet and the team have been amazing. From the start Melanie, our realtor and part of the Ben Sweet team, blew us away with a full digital presentation that answered all our questions as first time sellers. When she left, my wife and I almost stopped her and went with her on the spot but, being our first time, we wanted to meet with at least one more. We were very disappointed by the others as they came in with simply a folder and a printout, didn’t really answer anything and took only 5 minutes with us. From there, she and the team were in constant contact, ensuring everything went smoothly. I never felt like they were hard to get a hold of and every question was answered promptly.
