<p>Ben was very sincere. He explained the whole process in an honest and understandable way. He never pressured me for anything. He had good advice which helped me to make this very important decision. He guided me to think about both the positive and negative aspects and was very timely in all communication.</p>

If your looking for someone who will facilitate a difficult process and make you feel at ease I would recommend Ben without hesitatiion. He will fight to make sure that the whole deal is done with the least amount of stress.</p>

He showed us over 70 houses so had a lot of patience and never pressured us to make a decision or purchase. He pointed out all the flaws as well as all the benefits and on some occasions told us not to go further because the flaw was too big. He also advised us on re sale potential that we should consider before buying so we could protect ourselves for when we choose to sell. He had his finger on the pulse for the Calgary market and advised us on even small changes occurring in inventory or prices while we were looking. I highly recommend Ben. He has helped me purchase two homes now in Calgary as well as helped with market analysis on investment potentials both residential and commercial</p>

He has seen me through the ups and downs of the market, providing me with insights and strategies whenever I had questions. His answers are always well thought out and cater to my particular needs but are realistic and no BS. He is thorough, professional and hard working but still has a sense of humour to get you through those nights where you've had six viewings in four hours! There are no hard sell tactics, just honest, intelligent conversation about what would be your perfect home and how to best get you into it. I have reccommended Ben to family, friends and my in-laws! Haha, that's the true litmus test.</p>

Always takes the time to keep me informed even though I'm not currently active in the market.<br /> Even came to visit after my renovation and was happy to make on-going recommendations.</p>

Ben was able to carefully review these documents to ensure I was buying in a sound building with a responsible strata corporation.</p> <p>He was always on time, answered his phone and made me feel like a priority, Again his super positive demeanor also just made the whole process that much better . I have been extremely happy with my home and would not hesitate to use Ben in any future real estate dealings.</p>
