I can say without hesitation and with much enthusiasm that Ben not only exceeded all expectations, he created a whole new caliber of what I now know a realtor can offer.<br /> Not only was Ben professional, experienced, fun to work with, witty, and timely...he is also a negotiator extraordinaire. Ben shared his strategic knowledge which we gladly implemented and landed us with a 4 person competing bid that landed us above list price, and that was all after purchasing our current home at $40,000 below list!<br /> If you are reading this review consider this a "sign" that you do not need to look any further. <p>Ben is very knowledgeable about Calgary neighbourhoods. He also has a great handle on home design, construction and building codes. He is always available and is amazing at working with your schedule. Ben has been our realtor for nearly a decade, we highly recommend him.</p>
