Ariel is one of a kind. He makes you feel like you're the only client he has. With how busy he is I don't know how he goes above and beyond like he does. So personable, the communication is incredible. He doesn't miss a single detail. I worked with him to purchase a townhouse condo in an area close to family. This is our first purchase in Calgary and we weren't quite prepared for the challenge that is the market right now. The market is super competitive and it was going to be struggle at our price point. Still Ariel did not discourage me to keep looking and find the perfect townhouse in the area we were looking for that checked all of the boxes. We kept going and figured out a way that did not compromise any of our preferences and where we werent up against so many competing offers and found the perfect place. Ariel will keep it real with you on what your limitations are without being discouraging and if there's a way to get exactly what you want at your budget, Ariel will find it. We will 100% work with him again in the future.

Ariel Buenaventura is an amazing agent! He did an incredible job that made first-time home buyers like us to be comfortable with the entire process.
