Ariel was awesome helping me find my first home purchase! He was really great at walking me through the process and making it as simple as possible.

My Husband and I worked with Ariel to purchase our very first home here in Calgary and really can't say enough good things about him. First, he was very responsive and patient answering our questions with regards to purchasing a house and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. He is knowledgeable, approachable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time. Buying a home in this market is challenging, but working with Ariel made it as stressless and straightforward as possible. We highly recommend him.

As our needs began to shift during our search for the perfect home, Ariel kept right up with us and kept sending us interesting listings. He never pushed an 'easy' sale; rather, he worked tirelessly to ensure that we were looking at the right house for our needs. When the time came to actually see the houses, he was able to arrange for us to get into every house that we wanted to, as well as getting us to see a couple that were outside of our price range for comparators. Ariel made sure that he was available for us when it was convenient for us (I work out of town and travel weekly, so that was very much appreciated) Additionally, every one of the professionals that Ariel recommended, displayed the same level of professionalism and care that Ariel did. (For example, the mortgage broker (R. H.) the home inspector and the lawyer) Overall, I found Ariel to be a friendly, professional and competent Realtor. I personally recommend.
