We started our hunt for our new home in Oct 2021. We were using an agent that helped us a few years back when the market was no where near as crazy as it is currently. After a few offers that didn’t come close to being successful, we knew that we had to make a change if we were to land a new home in this super competitive market. We decided to give Anuja a call after seeing her face EVERYWHERE in Ajax. This called changed our lives. We had instant confidence that Anuja was the right person for the job after our initial meeting. Shortly after that, we were able to land our ideal home thanks to Anuja’s persistence, advice, attitude, attention to detail, and punctuality. We’re sure that if we were missing any one of those things, we wouldn’t have gotten our house when we did, at the price we did. A month later, Anuja staged our old house and sold it at a price that exceeded our expectations. She is a real estate magician. To be able to buy and sell our houses at the price she did in this market is pure magic. Anuja is undoubtedly the best agent we have worked with and definitely #1 in Ajax. There are others that claim that they’re #1 in Ajax but we’re not sure what metrics they’re using to make that claim because it’s not true. Beyond being a great real estate agent, she’s also a pleasure to work with. She’s professional and always there when you call or text her. We would definitely contact Anuja again for our real estate needs, and would recommend to anyone that needs one. In fact, we already referred one of our colleagues. In this market, the agent you choose will make a world of difference.

The selling and buying was very smooth . She reminded us many times of the things so that nothing can be missed. Beyond everything I was not even present during our selling time due to family health reasons and everything was done even if I was not their in person . The best part we got the highest price when we sold at the time of sale. She showed us her sympathies during a personal crisis. She also is a great Santa Claus and put an unexpected smile on our face even after the transaction was complete. So you are thinking of selling your home and you are reading online reviews to decide what agent to go for? I already did the work so just read my review and then call Anuja. Real Estate is a complicated business- we have all seen it, homes selling for 30-50K less or more than almost the same type of home in the same neighborhood. A lot of it has to do with luck and market dynamics (supply/demand, season, global events etc.) but when you see the difference in sold price at the same time, in the same neighborhood with similar features/condition it is very evident that the agent and their team make a HUGE difference. This is what Anuja and team do best - they take your home, transform it with their staging team, list it at the right price and then sell it more than any other home of similar size and condition sold for in the area. She is honest, communicates well, gives us reasonable timelines, and has the best adaptive strategy to sell your home depending on what is happening prior to listing date. The process was simple, quick and painless as possible. You call Anuja, she comes to your home and tells us what to expect and what we need to do. We do what she tells us to do and call her back, she has stagers, cleaners and photography come in within a day and lists it the next day. Appointments start pouring in (we had over 40 appointments), we wait a week until offer date and then offers start pouring in (11 offers), she then guides us through the offers, explains the clauses, makes sure buying agents are putting in their best offer forward and then we sell for 200K over asking - higher than pretty much all homes in the area that recently sold that are the same size/condition - even higher than some bigger homes. It's clear that Anuja and team are well experienced, know how to sell a home for the top value, and can make your home selling experience a lot less stressful. If you are looking to sell your home don't waste time reading 100's of reviews and stumbling between deciding what agent to hire - just call Anuja and team, (move some furniture and do some painting), sit back, relax and watch the offers pour in.

She has been extremely astute, professional and very efficient in the current market state. Her knowledge about tbe current market and her honesty came through in every meeting we had. And that eventually helped us find our home at a great location on a good price. I highly recommend Anuja!
