Right from the start, you could tell that Anthony's heart was in the right place. Rather than focusing on higher value houses and trying to promote them to me, as a buyer, to increase his commission, he instead focused on important aspects for a first time home buyer, such as: whether the windows were double paned, the type of plumbing used, the neighbourhood, and the amount of sound from the hustle and bustle of traffic. Anthony made sure to help me all the way through the purchase process and make sure it was a breeze. He even connected me with a mortgage broker in my area, as I was purchasing out-of-province. Anthony also assisted during the negotiation to not only help lower the asking price, but to also help sweeten the deal with some furniture. Overall I highly recommend Anthony. He's professional, helpful, and clearly cares about not only his job, but the people he is representing.
