He really cares about his clients, is super knowledgeable and has an amazing team of professionals to work with. Everyone he recommended to us was so amazing and helpful. As first time buyers, we were overwhelmed and had lots of questions but it didn’t faze him at all. He answered everything and laid it out in terms that were easy to understand. It made the whole process easier and less stressful. If we ever buy or sell, we will definitely call him and recommend him to everyone we know. He was simply awesome to work with!

Tony was terrific to work with. The amount of effort and commitment he showed in getting my small condo sold, you’d think it was a highest priced mansion in the city! His market research and analysis of similar properties in my building, and surrounding neighborhood, was very impressive As a first time home seller, he patiently and expertly walked me through the entire process and was always available to answer any questions I had along the way. He provided tips on how to better prepare my condo for showings and regularly checked in with me. I had an offer within 3 x days of listing! I would recommend Tony and his team to anyone selling or buying property in Edmonton. You will not be disappointed.

This was by far my best experience in finding and purchasing a home. Tony really listened to understand what I was looking for in a home and what specific features were important to me. Using new technology and a unique application he created specific search criteria which really helped identify my best options. He would do further research into any properties I was interested in and create videos in which he discussed all relevant background details, which was pretty cool. My realtor’s knowledge and insight into a property’s real value was invaluable in helping me vet my selections and when I ultimately presented an offer. He worked closely with my mortgage specialist and also provided me with lists of trusted home inspectors and lawyers. He helped me find the home and neighborhood that has the vibe I was always looking for!

Anthony and his team were phenomenal. From start to finish they worked hard to sell my property and serve me. I was very worried have to sell during Alberta's economic downturn, not to mention the pandemic. Anthony was great, communicating with me through out the process and keeping my spirits up. In the end he was able to get my condo sold very close to the listing price, no small feat in the present market. The crew he works with were very professional and helped my place look great in the listing photos. The administrators from the office were fantastic passing along info about showings, they were always timely and accurate in their communications. I always knew with in a day or two what each prospective buyer thought of my place. Even while I was out of town Anthony and his co-workers continued to show my place and made it easy for me to gauge the interest in it. When an offer was made on my condo Anthony made sure I understood what was being asked for by the buyer. His prompt analysis of the housing inspector's report allowed me ample time to address all areas of concern that were brought up. Thus I was able to easily meet the conditions needed to close the sale on my place I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a realtor.
