Angela Mills was helpful, knowledgeable, and dedicated to finding me a house that worked for me. Being a first time home buyer, I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for in a home and Angela was patient in showing me all my options. She always had comparables on the property I looked at and would point out any potential problems she saw (e.g. previous water damage in the ceiling or a crack in the foundation, or mold in the basement). She was very willing to accommodate my work schedule and to look at places at the pace I wanted. Angela Mills was a pleasure to work with and I will certainly look her up on my next property purchase.

<p>Angela was as good as I could have hoped for. She worked with me through a rather extensive house-hunting process and gave exceptional attention to my very specific list of wants. I felt no pressure at all to settle on something less than exactly what I wanted, and tempered my excitement with showings that would have required me to compromise on my needs. Anywhere there were deficiencies that I didn't notice, she was sure to bring them to my attention. She also accommodated my aggressive negotiation strategy which resulted in getting a very good deal on a property that offered everything I was looking for, given a bit of fixing up. Always friendly and appropriately professional, able to work with my limited schedule, and available to return my correspondence promptly. I would recommend her without a second thought.</p>

She knew what we wanted, gave all listings and actually ended up choosing the home that we eventually bought!<br /> She was very knowledgeable!<br /> We told her our budget, what our absolute highest price was and she provided us the listings in the area we were. She was excellent at negotiating and made sure we paid fair market value for our home and didn't go above. She knew what points to negotiate on, what repairs would need to be done and knew the areas we were looking in. At the end, we ended up choosing a property that we thought was out of our price range, but was listed high and we ended up in our dream home. Angela is an absolutely wonderful knowledgable person to deal with and I'll definitely be using her services again!</p>
