We had an offer on our house within two days of listing, and the deal was completed a week later. The presentation of the house in the real estate ad—description and pictures—was thorough, accurate, and polished. Stager Carol Boyd helped us to prepare the house for a quick sale. (Although it costs a bit more, I would highly recommend engaging a stager for the sale of your house—we found there was significant value in having an outside perspective and help with decluttering and decoration). Andrew and Tara were available to us throughout the process, and Andrew assisted us with the purchase of our new home within a few weeks of the final sale. He also has helped with minor issues after the purchase of our new home. We highly recommend Andrew and his team.
