Amazed at what Allison was able to achieve for us in both the sale and purchase of our homes. She is lovely to deal with. She is is a master negotiator and got us top dollar for our home. It was a bumpy ride but she didn’t give up. We highly recommend Allison and will do so to family and friends.

She was positive, responsive to our concerns and questions, and the communication from her was top notch. When I compare her to the other realtors, she took so much of the hassle off our hands, and yet she kept us informed at every turn, with weekly updates supported by data. Allison was both professional and personal; open to listening about the circumstances surrounding our sale and planning an approach to preparing the property for listing. She gave suggestions for changes to state of the property and what might enhance the overall appearance and viewing by prospective buyers. Also had connections to services that we needed to use to do an overall cleaning of the interior.
