Alex was great throughout the whole process! He answered all of our questions and guided us with helpful advice the entire time. Alex deserves an award for his good attitude, patience and perseverance, guiding us through the journey to homeownership. We are cautious by nature, and really took the time we needed to get to know the market, settle on our price range, narrow down what type of house we wanted, and even the exact neighbourhood. Alex was always responsive, answering any question we had, and making sure we were reassured in our decisions throughout the process. Alex was awesome! He helped us find the right house with everything we wanted in, while still in our price range! He made sure to show us things in houses that could be issues in the future, and didn’t try to make us feel rushed.
