Working with Alex has been such a pleasure. Over the years, Alex would drop in to see us at our home to advise us of how the market was doing and how our home value was evolving. Even though we weren’t ready to sell at the time, we realized that Alex had a passion for his work. That’s why when the time came to sell - in a down market - I invited him over to discuss what his approach would be to put the house on the market and get a good price. His presentation was outstanding- personalized service, going outside the box, and he was beyond my expectation at every stage of the sale. We worked as a team and Alex fitted in like a member of the family. Selling a house is one of the most stressful journeys that a family has to go through, especially during difficult uncertain times. I can't recommend strongly enough how amazing Alex Abramov is as a realtor.
