Working with Aja has been a fantastic experience! Buying a house from out of province can be stressful but Aja was incredibly professional and hands on, making the online experience pain-free. Aja has a consistently positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for her clients, who she makes feel like friends. I would recommend Aja to anyone interested in purchasing a home.

Aja’s professionalism in real estate made buying a house so easy just with her honesty alone made me feel like I had no worry about wrong decisions,.She went more then above and beyond to help me with financing and insurance etc.I was definitely in the right hands with Aja as my realtor and would recommend her to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a home also she is a great person with total confidence.I couldn’t be more happy with Aja as my agent ,highly recommend her .

We are forever grateful for Aja and her professionalism during our sale. We do not reside in the city in which our house for sale was located and Aja used her contacts and provided us great and helpful information to ensure that we had quality workman ship provided at our home. Aja ensured that they were in constant contact with us as needed and made us feel prioritized in their involvement with the sale of our home. I cannot say enough great things and even when there was a glitch (nothing to do with Aja) they were quick on their feet ensured that our voice was heard and made sure that we were still confident in the process of moving forward with the sale!

She was very accommodating and friendly. Aja gave me helpful advice about the community and checked in with me to see how things were going. Aja was able to tell me about the unique features of each community that we looked into. I would give her a top recommendation and work with her again if I needed an amazing realtor again.

Aja took the time to understand what we were looking for and was patient while we waited for the right home to come on the market. There was no pressure to make an offer because she wanted to make sure that we got the right home.
