Tracey was our realtor for buying our home in Waterloo. She was a pleasure to work with, listening carefully to our needs about the house and primary education facilities. She provided clear and concise insight into neighbourhoods, streets, and styles of houses that would best suit our family. We were under a time-crunch to get a place but we managed to get one that was perfect for our family and budget within our timeframe. Tracey was fast to coordinate everything that we needed, and she is still helping to this day when I think of things I need -- handyman, plumber, etc, you name it and she knows a very good one. We were glad to have found Tracey, and hope she is available when we decide to upgrade to our next home!
