Tracey is a consummate professional. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the market and shared her expertise to ensure I had the best information as we toured potential new homes. Tracey is also a great listener. She sought to understand what was truly important to me in a new home. During this process, Tracey made certain we stayed connected and I knew that any updates or information would be quickly shared with me. Beyond my exemplary purchasing experience with Tracey, she also provided reassurance and perspective on my selling experience that was candid but also displayed the utmost respect for the other agent involved. Her character, honesty, and integrity are beyond reproach. I would not hesitate to recommend Tracey to anyone looking for guidance in purchasing or selling a home.

Tracey was a fantastic real estate agent. In my 30 years of buying and selling houses, she has been the best. When the occasion arises, she will be my first choice to buy or sell my next house. Her most outstanding trait is her honesty. I trusted her from our first meeting, and my ‘nunchi’ was fully realized. We first discussed selling my house in early March 2020. However, we had to put the process on hold for the pandemic and for a medical procedure that I was to undergo before selling the house in October 2020. During these 6 months of us interacting, I remained fully confident in Tracey as a person and as real estate agent. Her assessment of the market was spot on and her advice on how to prepare the house for selling and to market it was superb. Her personality is friendly and positive and acts as a wonderful catalyst to complete transactions. I would gladly use her again. She has the power of ‘nunchi’.
