<p>Selling a house we know from past experience is stressful and complicated. Having to "show" your place often, while still living it in is challenging. This time however, Theodora Gannon made the process painless and smooth. She made special arrangements so we were not unduly impacted in showing our home. We had very little disruption to our life and quite quickly we accepted an offer at the price we were hoping for.</p> <p>Theodora while very professional, was always kind and never pushy. Additionally there was some technical issue that we had no knowledge of but she found it and cared for that. All in all, we are very glad we used her to sell our home.</p> <p>We unreservedly recommend Theodora Gannon to anyone!</p>
