Sunny and Ravi were fantastic! Sold our home during a pandemic lockdown on time and over asking. We listed on a Thursday with offers to be tabled on Sunday. Got multiple preemptive offers and sold over asking!!! Top notch team. Sunny has it all figured out. Marketing, professional cleaners, professional stagers, all done at a fair price! Sunny is a great agent! He sold our house 2 days after listing it over asking. He also provides cleaning services, staging and professional photography services at no additional cost. He also provided us with a contact for painting who gave us a great price! Sunny is very knowledgeable and will tell you if your price is too high. He is very professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Sunny!
