Sue has gone above and beyond to prepare detailed information regarding each property and neighbourhood for me in advance of each showing. We travelled all around the Cowichan Valley looking for property and while she is located in the Ladysmith area, she was still able to provide me with relevant information, insight, and helpful advice regarding a variety of types of properties we looked at inside and outside her local area. Sue was very quick to respond and demonstrated a desire to provide excellent service in every respect. As first time home buyers in a hot market, we felt a lot of pressure to find a home quickly. Sue helped us feel calm, and take our time until we found something that was the right fit. She was extremely patient with us, helping tend to our young child (who also loved her!) while we viewed homes, and even when we met with the developer and home inspector. Sue's kind heart made us feel cared for, seen and heard, all throughout the process. She helped us listen to our intuition, highlighted areas of concern in homes we were viewing, and never made us feel pressured. We are so grateful she helped us find our first home!
