<p>Sue Roe went above and beyond for us. She was able to get us quick viewing of almost every property we inquired about. She took us through many properties, listened to our needs and asked many questions to narrow down what we were looking for. If we had particular inquiries about a property, she was very prompt in getting back with an answer.</p> <p>When the sellers refused to remove the two truckloads of garbage left behind, Sue and her husband borrowed a truck and removed the garbage themselves. The selling agent refused to assist her with this or offer to help pay for a junk removal service. While we were very disappointed about this, we were so grateful to Sue for stepping up.</p> <p>We would highly recommend Sue Roe!</p>

Thanks to Sue we made the deal. We appreciate her for all her time, patient and the work she had to go through to make it happen. We recommend her as the best real estate agent.</p>

<p>Sue was so helpful when we were looking to buy a home on Vancouver Island. She knew all about the areas we were looking, and even offered to pick us up from the ferry terminal as we were moving from the mainland. She was extremely helpful in all areas, was never pushy, and genuinely wanted to help us find the perfect home for us -- which we did! I'd absolutely use Sue's services again in the future and recommend her to anyone.</p>
