Sue was a phenomenal agent every step of the way. My fiance and I are first time homebuyers and we had next to no idea what we were getting ourselves into. She provided us all of the information we need, found great listings that fit what our needs, and ultimately helped us find our dream first house. Sue always arrived with a beautiful smile. I had made up my mind to sell my house on Monday, August 17. I called Sue on Tuesday, August 18 and she met with me at the house on August 19. Her stager came over in the evening of August 19, and a photographer took pictures on the morning of August 20th. The listing was posted in the evening on August 20th and by early Friday morning on August 21st I had 4 viewings scheduled. There was no pressure to list the house, as Sue often mentioned that my home was beautiful and asked numerous times if I was certain that I wanted to sell. There was no doubt in mind, as I had made the decision to move back to Winnipeg. The house was listed for 3 straight days with back to back viewings. Offers were accepted at 4:00 on Sunday, August 23 and an unconditional offer of $113K more than asking was accepted. Sue is not only a warm and friendly person, she is a breath of fresh air. She is professional and takes care of all that is necessary to complete the sale of a home with no stress. My only regret is that I moved away from Ottawa, knowing that had I stayed Sue and I would have become good friends. Thank you Sue:)

Sue was great got us to list at higher than we expected by showing us many comparables to help make our decision. She helped us determine a few updates and had her stager come help us. Sue kept in contact with us through out the whole process and went out of her way while we were out of town to check in on our house. The selling process was simple and easy. It was overall a superb experience and would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.
