Stefani is the hardest working realtor I know! To top it off she has an amazing eye for great design and staging. She is not afraid to invest in her clients to make their houses sell fast. Fancy photographer who takes amazing pictures, 360° videos, and drone shots helped our house sell within 6 hours of listing. You can call or text her at almost any time, she's extremely responsive and never makes you feel like your inquiry is wasting her time. She is warm, easy to talk to, a great listener, and has a huge caring heart all wrapped in a package that everyone needs when buying or selling a home. I don't know how she does it, but she has this relaxed demeanor about her and almost seems too casual, but she is far from it. Do not let her approach fool you, she's a beast and fights tooth and nail for her clients. She's incredibly certain through the negotiation process and does not back down easily. She fights for her clients and wins! She knows real estate, she is an amazing communicator, she collaborates with the best, she will serve you well. She just gets people, no ego, no "look at me", just a great performer in her field. You may only buy or sell a home once in your lifetime, but if you want it done right without all the drama, you gotta reach out and give her a shot. I cannot say enough about our experience.
