Stefani was so great to work with! She's quick to answer any questions we've had, very knowledgeable about the area and really easy to work with. Our yard was a big selling feature and being that it was winter, it's hard for people to really appreciate the size. Stefani arranged excellent drone pictures to highlight the size of our yard and our house sold very quickly. We would definitely want to work with her in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone who asks.

The sale of our home was due only to the hard work and willingness to contact an ex client. Our home was up for sale for the better part of 5 years with no offers. A corner lot on a busy road with an unique floor plan makes for a difficult sale. Stefani Schell had our listing in 2015 but the house didn’t sell in-spite of all the support she provided with the updates we made to the house. A year later, November 2016, she contacted us and asked if we would be willing to show the house. That afternoon the buyers viewed the house and gave us an offer. Stefani helped with the list price and the negotiating of the sale price which turned out to be about $20,000 more than the list price one of the top realtors in town had recommended just a few weeks earlier. We are so grateful for the support Stefani provided. She found us a beautiful house and has been helpful with every little question we have had since. I have already referred her to several people considering listing their home and she would definitely be our listing agent if we ever move again.
