Ryan has been my agent for years. He has helped me buy and sell houses. Selling my most recent house I had the privilege of working with both Ryan and his wonderful wife Ashley. Ryan and Ashley guided me through the sale of my first house with ease. They provided me with listings on similar properties in order to set a competitive price and it sold on the first day. They then spent 3 months helping me find a new home that was perfect for myself and my two young kids (whom I dragged to every showing and open house!) I was always made to feel that my perfect house was right around the corner, and that they wouldn’t rest until I’d found it. They were both knowledgeable and honest when they thought a house had issues, or simply wasn’t for me. Despite the fact it took 3 months to find a home, and I was becoming discouraged, I never got the sense that they were frustrated, they simply refined our search criteria and worked even harder to suggest listings that might be a match. After roughly 50 showings and 3 failed offers they finally led me to my dream home. I’m hoping to never have to move again, but I would use them again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend Ryan and Ashley for their professionalism, friendliness, dedication and perseverance. They really provided a personal touch which is exactly what my family needed. And now we love where we live!
