Since the initial meeting with Russ, we were at ease with the whole purchase experience. He was knowledgeable about the property, had suggestions on things for us to do to ease our minds about the home (inspection, questions to ask, etc). We felt very comfortable with the whole purchase transaction. We would definitely recommend him to friends and family as their realtor and will undoubtedly use him in the future.
