I actually met Russ just because he happened to have a listing I drove by and was curious about and he came over rite away to meet me and even though that house had an offer pending he showed me the property and got to know me a bit and after 5 minutes of chatting he kind of knew what I was looking for and he got to work he was determined to find me a deal and worked with my schedule to show me multiple properties and we eneded up getting a deal on a house I am very happy with. I will 100% be using Russ again on my next deal, great guy, very professional but also extremely helpful and on top of things. I really appreciate all his help through the whole process
