<p>Noelle was very good at letting me know what was going on and how best to present the house. She worked hard and put on multiple open houses. She generated a lot of interest in the house that brought in plenty of viewers in a tough market.</p>

Noelle was fantastic to work with. As I was in a lower spot in my life I looked forward to meeting up with her to look at numerous houses in numerous areas. At the beginning i saw what I liked and the areas were exactly where I wanted. Yeah right. Pictures are deceiving to say the least. Well no matter what the next week brought Noelle was determined we would find that home. I think I made her work but apparently she is not scared of work. To her it was just a word. So going above and beyond to help me see home after home. I give her credit for keeping up with me and making it possible to see all these places. Arranging times and insuring we were not an inconvenience to the sellers. I like to think I know the city well but I was pleasantly surprised with the knowledge she had of all the neighborhoods we looked in. She even went as far as looking into some history of the houses I was really interested in. Her honesty was greatly appreciated and we shared our opinions both good and bad on many properties and locations. She was even able to grab information regarding the neighbors and residence on the block. Not to sure if there are rules behind that kind of disclosure but it was kind of her to inquire. The fact that her fellow realtors share such insight I felt she must have a good repoire with other agents. Well all I can say is it was a joy to work with Noelle and her positive, honest, and professionalism made my experience buying my second home better than expected. Thanks again Noelle and if she shows up at your new home with a carrot cake. You know she enjoyed working with you as well. The best carrot cake you will ever have. Now if you do not get the cake it's probably a good thing because the cravings do not go away. But the cake does.
