I was recommended Noelle to use as an agent . We had a great first meeting and she went over the market value of my home and let me know what I expected to sell it at appx . I liked the fact she walked around our home and let us know what we needed to do to prepare to sell our place . Noel made everything simple and easy to understand . If I needed to get a hold of her she replied back very fast . Noelle helped us all along the way from prepping the house to recommending movers , cleaners and more . Noelle is a very positive and happy lady who gave me a lot of laughs during our meetings . The photographer and measuring professionals all came at the same time with Noelle to make it easy for us to get this all done and list it . Once we had an offer she called to let me know all the details before she sent me the scanned copy to review . I recommend Noelle as she gets the job done of listing your house and is efficient in all the paperwork . Which because of covid is now all online and easy . Thank you so much for selling out home and making it wonderful and pleasant . !

Noelle came well recommended and I totally understand why! She was a fountain of knowledge on so many topics that I didn't know were relevant to the process. Explaining all the details in "simple language" and assisting me in every way. The other people she has in her arsenal are as incredible as she is; the incredible eye of her photographer, and the accurate measuring all helped make the listing shine. Her staging advice was always on point and she was there to help me EVERY TIME I needed her (with help too.) She made what was not the best situation in my person world much more tolerable and I will be forever grateful. You will not find another realtor more dedicated to selling your house and she will work to the moon and back for you ! 1000% RECOMMEND!!

Noelle was great. It was a stressful purchase, and she removed a lot of the stress on us. Would definitely recommend her. she helped lower the price, and when we found issues with the home, she was on the other realtor to either get them fixed or lower the asking price
