Both Nicole and Darcy were on top of every aspect of both the selling of our property and the buying of our new location. Really can't thank them enough for the way it was all handled and this goes to the rest of their team as well. Morgan always kept us informed and up to date every step of the way, including lots of questions answered. A great team!

This is our second time using Nicole & Darcy blair, they met every need we had and had our house sold beyond expectations with it being in a smaller community. They also help us find our next home in a really fast time. They are extremely patient and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend using them. They also have an assistant to help them and she was just wonderful getting anything done very fast and efficient. If we ever need to use them again we will.

Nicole was a lifesaver after our renters left our rental property in a disaster! She gave us recommendations for cleaners, painters, etc. and we used them all! She had a listening ear and encouraged us to move forward. Once our reno's were complete, they were very excited to list our house, and boy did they ever! Listed on a Friday, two showings and two offers! SOLD by 10:00pm that Friday night. Great communication and motivation to get it sold. We have already recommended them to our friends!
