the Blair's decided to make the Red Deer area their home.
Nicole started real estate in 2007 and Darcy joined her in 2010. Nicole became a partner with Sun Country
Realty in 2009. Nicole and Darcy became sole owners in 2017 and changed the name to RE/MAX Compass.
Nicole has consistently been the top producer in the Town of Innisfail since 2009 and received the RE/MAX Hall of Fame award in 2015. RE/MAX Compass merged with RE/MAX real estate central alberta, Nicole and Darcy joined the management team of the new 7 office brokerage.
Darcy and Nicole are very active and connected in the community; they volunteer with the Innisfail Food Bank, Innisfail and Red Deer Minor Hockey, Darcy plays hockey all over Central Alberta, just to name a few. The

Nicole and Darcy were married in 1996 and had their son Carter in 1999, Carter now attends the University in Victoria as a full time student. Nicole and Darcy love to spend time travelling and exploring with their son.
