This was our second time using Monique for a purchase and first time with a sale. Monique was willing to come a long way to show us a property of interest on a long weekend on very short notice. She is incredibly responsive and her charismatic approach leads to the best outcomes when negotiating. We were so lucky to have Monique as our Realtor. She is energetic and fun, knows her stuff and is amazingly honest, even if she knew it wasn't what we wanted to hear. She was really great at reading our reactions and making us feel comfortable by constantly reminding us that this was our decision and if we missed out on an opportunity she would simply say "there will be another one, a better one. We will find your forever home". I would call or email or text her at any time and she was always quick to respond and reassured us that it was ok to reach out whenever we needed to. I don't think we would have had the same experience or outcome if we had another realtor. Monique is tough and doesn't back down when negotiating and she knows when to say when. She suggested ideas for us we would have never thought of ourselves helping get the property we wanted for the price we wanted and kept reminding us if the property didn't have some of the items on our must have list. Patience is one of her great qualities too, no quick sale pressure. I would definitely recommend Monique without hesitation!
