<p>We worked with Michael Ferianec to buy our town home in the summer of 2016. Michael was wonderful and easy to work with and helped us narrow our scope to find exactly what we were looking for. We especially appreciated his knowledge of homes, market trends, builders, upcoming projects and overall inventory in SW Calgary. Michael was patient and flexible with our busy work schedules; available to meet us at a moment’s notice. <p>The property was listed for a little over one month and we were able to sell during this downturned economy! This was a great jump start the market and slowly get the numbers back to neutral. As for the realtor...</p> <p>Michael is a great individual to work with. His work ethic and business skills really shined while selling my property. The tools he utilizes to make the place brighter and really showcase the property were second-to-none ie. cleaning the property, photography and marketing tools. Although he recently obtained his license - the natural talent is strong with this one.</p> <p>Overall his ability and constant updates on progress that he brought to the table was outstanding - and believe it or not - but I am and will be using him again!</p>
