Lew was just a delight to look for houses with! He was not pushy, he accommodated us and the many homes we saw. And we saw many homes! He was relaxed and we new he had our best intentions in mind! He was quick to line them up and responded so quickly when we had questions or needed information on the home we had an offer in on. Lew was so genuine and understood our family needs. He kept checking in on us, even after the sale! We will recommend him over and over again! Thanks lew, our home is magical!

In these very competitive times of trying to find a single family home that was at the lower price end (affordable) of the Victoria real estate market, Lew acted immediately on a property that he knew would be to our liking within our budget. Within 24 hours we had done the deal and beat out 12 other agents all waiting to put offers in for their clients.Lew used his vast experience to manoeuvre us through a few hurdles and take possession of the property within 3 weeks.
